Sam DeGennaro merges with Guth / Fordyce Group, now $1 Billion in client assets. Team moves to new, larger premises.
NEW YORK, July 18, 2016 – Snowden Lane Partners, an independent, advisor-owned, wealth advisory firm dedicated to providing client-focused advice in a values-driven culture, today announced that 25-year industry veteran Sam DeGennaro, formerly First Vice President of Merrill Lynch, has joined the firm as a Partner and Managing Director in the firm’s New Haven, CT office.
Mr. DeGennaro is merging his $180 million practice with the now $1 billion Guth / Fordyce Group and will work alongside the team of nine professionals led by Partners and Managing Directors, Kevin Guth and Steve Fordyce. In addition, the Guth / Fordyce Group recently relocated to a new, larger office in New Haven to accommodate the team’s growth.

Mr. DeGennaro was formerly a practicing accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and prior to joining Snowden Lane spent thirteen years at Smith Barney and roughly a decade at Merrill Lynch.
